Absolutely no pets are permitted.

Check In and Check Out
|

Check in is anytime after 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
(Early check in only available with advance permission of the manager.)
Check out time is by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Cancellations
|
| |
In case of cancellation of a reservation, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee, if we are able to re-rent the unit.
|
|
Minimum Stays
|
| |
Minimum stays are required for all holiday (3 day) weekends and for weekly stays from mid-June to late-September.
No reservations for less than 2 nights. |

Deposits

We require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking on all weekly reservations;
otherwise, a two night minimum deposit is required.
